What we process and why
- Account and contact data to create and secure your account, provide support and perform our contract with you.
- Uploaded files and generated results only to perform the operation you request. Files may contain personal data selected by you.
- Usage, device and security logs to operate, protect and improve the service based on our legitimate interests.
- Billing records to manage subscriptions and meet accounting and legal obligations. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
Storage and recipients
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose above. File retention follows the period shown for your plan or job; account, billing and security records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for claims. We use vetted providers for hosting, storage, email, payments, error monitoring and, when requested, file or AI processing. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests to [email protected].
