These terms apply when you use AIForFiles. By creating an account or submitting a file, you agree to them.
Operator and contact
AIForFiles is operated by the legal person identified here before commercial launch. Contact: [email protected]. The operator's legal name, geographical address, registration or tax number and applicable supervisory details must be inserted here.
The service
AIForFiles converts, compresses, organizes and prepares files, including optional automated or AI-assisted outputs. Features, limits and prices are those shown in the service when you order. You must review generated results before relying on them; they are drafts and not professional advice.
Your files and acceptable use
You keep your rights to uploaded files and grant us only the limited permission needed to process and deliver them. You must have the right to use the files. Do not submit unlawful material, malware, content that infringes another person's rights, or use the service to attack, probe or overload systems. We may block harmful jobs or suspend abusive accounts.
Accounts, plans and payments
You are responsible for your account credentials. Paid plans renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. Statutory consumer rights, including mandatory withdrawal and refund rights, are not limited by these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and results accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, personal injury or mandatory consumer protections. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend access for security, non-payment or material breach. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be communicated where required. The law and courts applicable to consumers remain those required by mandatory law in their country of residence.
