What gets counted, when limits reset and what happens to failed jobs.
What counts toward my allowance?
One AI file token processes one file. All AI tools share the same monthly file allowance, and a batch uses one token for each successfully processed file. Failed files do not count. Converter, compressor, PDF tools and Markdown have unlimited operations. All tools share file storage and keep their upload, retention and rate limits. The AI file allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC, without rollover or automatic overage charges.
Does Markdown have a separate allowance?
Files to Markdown extracts text without AI and uses shared file storage. It has no monthly operation limit and does not use AI file tokens.
What happens if a file cannot be read?
Only successfully processed AI files use a token. Failed files return their reservation, and successful files in the same batch remain available. Non-AI tools use no AI file tokens.
Can I cancel?
Cancel through account billing at any time. Paid access continues until the end of your current subscription period. Usage allowances reset by calendar month, separately from your payment date.
Will I be charged if I reach a limit?
No automatic overage charges. If storage is full, delete stored files or upgrade. If the AI file allowance is exhausted, wait for the monthly reset or upgrade. Non-AI operations are unlimited; storage, file and rate limits still apply.
